Camper, Volunteer, and Peer Model Camper Applications are accepted year round but encouraged to be submitted by the listed dates.

We are SO delighted that you are interested in joining us this year and we truly look forward to receiving your application! Each year, camper, peer model camper, and volunteer applications are released on January 2nd. Please click on the links below to be taken to our online registration system.
Should you need a paper application due to limited access to online or to a computer, or should you need any support with the online application, please contact us at 816.830.7171 or info@campencourage.org.
Note: It is recommended you submit your application at your earliest convenience. For the summer camp sessions, a lottery will be held. As noted below, applications that arrive on or prior to February 22nd will be included in the lottery.

For the weekend Overnight camps, slots will be released as applications roll in. Camper Applications, Volunteer Applications, and Peer Model Camper Applications are encouraged to be submitted at your earliest, earliest convenience.

Notification of acceptance to attend will start on this date and continue as applications are reviewed and received. To check on the status of an application after this date, please contact Aimee.

Once accepted to attend, be sure to upload your camper's photo (HERE) and submit by email to agorrow@campencourage.org your child's IEP and/or BIP (only if requested or if you feel it would be valuable). This is exactly three weeks prior to the start of the camp session.
