Please download and read through this packet in its entirety in advance to prepare you and your camper, as well as those that will be supporting him or her. Read this entire packet as details are crucial.

If you have not already, please be sure to include a photo of your camper within the online registration system. Simply log in HERE to upload a recent photo. This is especially helpful for medications and safety. HEARTLAND CENTER FORM
Our campgrounds require that a Current Release of Liability & Health form be submitted for each to participate in activities they facilitate such as horseback riding, and challenge courses. To expedite your arrival and decrease wait time, please have this form completed PRIOR to your arrival at camp. Before accessing the form, please peek at THESE helpful tips and instructions.
TOUR THE CAMPGROUNDS
We will provide the following opportunities to tour Heartland Center prior to camp. We hope that each opportunity will be a helpful resource for each first-time and returning camper to peek at his or her cabin, get a glimpse into where the magic will take place, receive answers to questions, and decrease worries and uncertainties about the new experience.
In person: March 11 at 1pm and June 3rd at 10am. Our Lead Staff will facilitate a tour of the campgrounds. Campers will have the opportunity to peek in a few cabins and check out the dining hall, the swimming pool, and other activities on the grounds. The tour will include a lot of walking. For the second year, we are utilizing a new communication tool to provide updates, send photos, and more. Because it serves as a primary source of communicating information to parents, it will be essential that you download and access the app. The app will enable you to view photos and receive communication from Camp Encourage staff. Instructions for downloading and using the app can be found by clicking below. Should you not download the app, you may miss updates and will not have access to photos. Should you have difficulty accessing this, please contact Aimee at agorrow@campencourage.org for assistance.

Payments can be safely processed online. If you prefer to write a check, please make it payable to Camp Encourage and mail it to Camp Encourage, 4025 Central Street, Kansas City, MO 64111.
Tuition is due exactly three weeks prior to the camp session your child is attending, unless special payment arrangements have been made. Credit card payments can be processed through our online registration system, CampBrain. If your family has been awarded a scholarship, that amount will be shown.
