This year, Camp Encourage is celebrating our 10th year of camp and WOW!—a lot has happened in those 10 years! We have grown not only in numbers of employees and opportunities to host more camp sessions, our hearts continue to grow as well by collecting memories of time spent with you. We know our campers, peer models, and volunteers have experienced wonderful growth too. We are hopeful that in ways small or large, time spent at camp has left a positive and enduring impression on you.
To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are gathering stories from campers, parents, peer model campers, and volunteers to share at our S’mores & Pours fundraiser! We hope you will consider sharing your memories, experiences and stories from the past ten years of camp as we know that they will inspire our supporters to continue to give generously so that we may keep the campfires burning. After all, your stories, are at the heart of what we do!
Beginning today, and continuing through May 31st, you may submit your stories here. After the submissions have been collected, we will choose several to be featured in a multimedia project that will be shown at S’Mores & Pours on October 20th. If chosen, you will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event so that you can celebrate with us!
